APMAX 800 - Rib Height - 27mm

Apmax 800 is suited for most roofing applications and is ideal for industrial and commercial wall cladding. The wide 800mm cover and optimum rib spacing
requires less fasteners resulting in a more visually pleasing profile, that is faster and easier to install.

Apmax 800 is manufactured from Hi-Tensile steel. This achieves a profile that is not only light weight but is surprisingly high strength with excellent water carrying capacity.

Suitable for roofing applications down to 2 degrees ( 1 in 27) minimum roof pitch, Apmax 800 is available custom cut in long lengths to eliminate waste.

RECOMMENDED FIXING METHOD
All fasteners complying with AS 3566 Class 3 may be used. When fastening into Steel Purlins, use 10 Gauge x 16mm Hex head Screws, approx 6 per m². For timber battens, use 12 Gauge x 25mm Hex head screws, approx 6 per m².

MATERIALS
Both ZINCALUME® and COLORBOND® has G550 base material (550Mpa minimum yield stress) with AZ150 coating, in accordance with AS1397. Please contact Apex sales staff for our extensive range of colours and thicknesses.
